4、projectprovidedbyZhejiangDesignInstitute2、概述2Summary本工程为:孟加拉国库尔纳330MW(200-300MW)双燃料联合循环电站项目,施工内容为库尔纳项目全厂接地装置安装。工作内容主要包括全厂接地导体敷设,接地极安装,导体、接地极的焊接,及与各种电气设备、桥、支架、避雷针及钢结构的连接。Theprojectis:BangladeshKhulna330MW(200-300MW)combinedcycle(duelfuel)powerplantproject,theconstructioncontentisthewholeplantgroundin

11、ackfill,leadwireandequipmentconnection2.操作方法OPerationmethod:序号及步骤名称Serialnumberandstepname主要作业方法和操作要求Mainoperationmethodsandrequirements工艺质量要求Qualityrequirements接地沟开挖Groundtrenchexcavation依据设计图纸给出的接地软铜绞线敷设的位置进行土方开挖。Theearthworkisexcavatedaccordingtothepositionoflayingsoftcopperstrandsinthedesigndraw
12、ing.深度不小于08米,距离建筑物外墙大于1.5米。地下一次接地干线不得通过土建基础,只应在基础下面或侧面通过,并要求接地网与土建基础底部的垂直距离不小于600mmoThedepthisnotlessthan0.8meter,andthedistancefromtheouterwallofthebuildingismorethan1.5meters.Theearthingmeshshouldnotcrossthefoundationofstructure,itshouldbelaidunderthefoundationorattheflankofthefoundation,thedistan
13、cebetweenstructurefoundationandearthingmeshshouldnotbelessthan600mm.接地极安装Groundingpoleinstallation开挖接地沟过程中可利用挖掘机将接地极垂直压入沟内,或者用人工将接地极砸入接地沟。Duringtheexcavationoftheearthingditch,theearthingpolecanbepressedverticallyintotheditchbyexcavator,ortheearthpolecanbesmashedintothegroundditchbyhand.接地极顶端距接地沟内地面
14、预留约IOOmm距离AdistanceofaboutIOOmrnfromthetopoftheearthpoletotheground主接地线敷设Maingroundwirelaying将软铜绞线敷设于电缆沟内尽量拉直。LaysoftcopperstrandsincabletrenchesasStraightlyaspossible.敷设过程中铜绞线不允许拧死结,过路段或穿越建筑物下侧时必须穿保护管进行敷设。Copperstrandsarenotallowedtotwistduringlaying.Whencrossingtheroadorthroughthelowersideofthebui
15、lding,itmusthaveaprotectivepipeforlaying.引上线敷设Wirelaying根据图纸设计的上引位置敷设上引线。Accordingtothedrawingdesignoftheupperconnectedpositiontolaythewire.敷设过程中铜绞线不允许拧死结。接地引上线伸出地面以上0.3m。Copperstrandedwirearenotallowedtotwistduringlaying.UpconnectedfromMainearthingconductorreach0.3metersabovetheground.放热焊接Exothermi
16、cwelding焊接时焊接模具必须安装牢固,必须将导体、接地极夹紧。如果出现无法夹紧的缝隙,可利用泥土将缝隙堵平。Whenwelding,theweldingmouldmustbefirmlyinstalled.Theconductorandthegroundingelectrodemustbeclamped.Ifthereisanycrackthatcannotbeclamped,itcanbeblockedbysoil.必须利用专用的焊接模具与焊药。Specialweldingmouldandsoldermustbeused.回填backfill直接使用开挖时的土壤进行回填。Thesoil
17、isbackfilledwiththeexcavatedsoildirectly.回填土中不应含有杂物,回填后要夯实。Thereshouldbenodebrisinthebackfill,anditshouldbetampedafterbackfilling.上引线与设备的连接Connectionofupperconnectedwiretoequipment每个上引点位置必须安装保护管,软铜绞线穿管后,使用镀锌铜接线端子进行压接并连接到相应的设备。具体连接方式根据设计图纸。Protectivetubesmustbeinstalledateachupper-connectedwirepositi
18、on.Afterthesoftcopperstrandisthreadedthroughthetubes,thegalvanizedcopperterminalisusedforcrimpingandconnectingtothecorrespondingequipment.Thespecificconnectionmodeisbasedonthedesigndrawing.接地线截面积应符合图纸要求。Thesectionalareaofgroundingwireshallmeettherequirementsofthedrawing.6、强制性条文执行内容6、Contentofcompuls
19、oryprovisionsofengineeringconstructionstandards6.1 接地体(线)的连接应采用焊接,焊接必须牢固无虚焊。接至电气设备上的接地线。应用镀锌螺栓连接;有色金属接地线不能采用焊接时,可用螺栓连接、压接、热剂焊(放热焊接)方式连接。用螺栓连接时应设防松螺帽或防松垫片,螺栓连接处的接触而应按现行国家标准电气装置安装工程母线装置施工及验收规范GBJ149规定处理。不同材料接地体间的连接应进行处理。Theconnectionofthegroundingbody(wire)shallbewelded,andtheweldingshallbefinnandfree
20、.Thegroundwireconnectedtotheelectricalequipmentshallbeconnectedwithgalvanizedbolts;whenthenon-ferrousmetalgroundwirecannotbewelded,itmaybeboltedandpressed,Hotagentwelding(exothermicwelding)connection.Fasteningnutoranti-lseninggasketshouldbesetupwhenbolted,Thecontactsurfaceofboltconnectionshallbetrea
21、tedaccordingtothecurrentnationalstandardGBJ149,andtheconnectionbetweenearthingbodiesofdifferentmaterialsshallbehandled.6.2 接地体(线)为铜与铜或铜与钢之间的连接采用热剂焊(放热焊接)时,其熔接接头必须符合下列规定:whenaconnectionbetweencopperandcopperorcoppertosteelismadebymeansofahotagentwelding(exothermicwelding),theweldingjointshallcomplywi
22、ththefollowingrequirements:6.2.1被连接的导体必须完全包在接头里。Theconnectedconductormustbecompletelyenclosedintheconnector.6.2.2 要保证连接部位的金属完全融化,连接牢固。Makesurethemetalinthejointcompletelymeltsandtheconnectionisstrong.6.2.3 热焊剂(放热焊接)接头的表面应平滑。Thesurfaceofthehotflux(exothermicwelding)jointshouldbesmooth.67、安全文明施工保障措施及风
