Constructionprocesscard1.概述Summary：接地沟开挖、接地极安装、主接地线敷设、引上线敷设、放热焊接、回填、引上线与设备连接Groundtrenchexcavation,groundingpoleinstallation,maingroundwirelaying,leadwirelaying,exothermicwelding,backfill,leadwireandequipmentconnection2.操作方法OPerationmethod：序号及步骤名称Serialnumberandstepname主要作业方法和操作要求Mainoperationmethodsandrequirements工艺质量要求Qualityrequirements接地沟开挖Groundtrenchexcavation依据设计图纸给出的接地软铜绞线敷设的位置进行土方开挖。Theearthworkisexcavatedaccordingtothepositionoflayingsoftcopperstrandsinthedesigndrawing.深度不小于08米，距离建筑物外墙大于1.5米。地下一次接地干线不得通过土建基础，只应在基础下面或侧面通过，并要求接地网与土建基础底部的垂直距离不小于600mmoThedepthisnotlessthan0.8meter,andthedistancefromtheouterwallofthebuildingismorethan1.5meters.Theearthingmeshshouldnotcrossthefoundationofstructure,itshouldbelaidunderthefoundationorattheflankofthefoundation,thedistancebetweenstructurefoundationandearthingmeshshouldnotbelessthan600mm.接地极安装Groundingpoleinstallation开挖接地沟过程中可利用挖掘机将接地极垂直压入沟内,或者用人工将接地极砸入接地沟。Duringtheexcavationoftheearthingditch,theearthingpolecanbepressedverticallyintotheditchbyexcavator,ortheearthpolecanbesmashedintothegroundditchbyhand.接地极顶端距接地沟内地面预留约IOOmm距离AdistanceofaboutIOOmrnfromthetopoftheearthpoletotheground主接地线敷设Maingroundwirelaying将软铜绞线敷设于电缆沟内尽量拉直。LaysoftcopperstrandsincabletrenchesasStraightlyaspossible.敷设过程中铜绞线不允许拧死结，过路段或穿越建筑物下侧时必须穿保护管进行敷设。Copperstrandsarenotallowedtotwistduringlaying.Whencrossingtheroadorthroughthelowersideofthebuilding,itmusthaveaprotectivepipeforlaying.引上线敷设Wirelaying根据图纸设计的上引位置敷设上引线。Accordingtothedrawingdesignoftheupperconnectedpositiontolaythewire.敷设过程中铜绞线不允许拧死结。接地引上线伸出地面以上0.3m。Copperstrandedwirearenotallowedtotwistduringlaying.UpconnectedfromMainearthingconductorreach0.3metersabovetheground.放热焊接Exothermicwelding焊接时焊接模具必须安装牢固，必须将导体、接地极夹紧。如果出现无法夹紧的缝隙，可利用泥土将缝隙堵平。Whenwelding,theweldingmouldmustbefirmlyinstalled.Theconductorandthegroundingelectrodemustbeclamped.Ifthereisanycrackthatcannotbeclamped,itcanbeblockedbysoil.必须利用专用的焊接模具与焊药。Specialweldingmouldandsoldermustbeused.回填backfill直接使用开挖时的土壤进行回填。Thesoilisbackfilledwiththeexcavatedsoildirectly.回填土中不应含有杂物，回填后要夯实。Thereshouldbenodebrisinthebackfill,anditshouldbetampedafterbackfilling.上引线与设备的连接Connectionofupperconnectedwiretoequipment每个上引点位置必须安装保护管，软铜绞线穿管后，使用镀锌铜接线端子进行压接并连接到相应的设备。具体连接方式根据设计图纸。Protectivetubesmustbeinstalledateachupper-connectedwireposition.Afterthesoftcopperstrandisthreadedthroughthetubes,thegalvanizedcopperterminalisusedforcrimpingandconnectingtothecorrespondingequipment.Thespecificconnectionmodeisbasedonthedesigndrawing.接地线截面积应符合图纸要求。Thesectionalareaofgroundingwireshallmeettherequirementsofthedrawing.6、强制性条文执行内容6、Contentofcompulsoryprovisionsofengineeringconstructionstandards6.1 接地体（线）的连接应采用焊接，焊接必须牢固无虚焊。接至电气设备上的接地线。应用镀锌螺栓连接；有色金属接地线不能采用焊接时，可用螺栓连接、压接、热剂焊（放热焊接）方式连接。用螺栓连接时应设防松螺帽或防松垫片，螺栓连接处的接触而应按现行国家标准电气装置安装工程母线装置施工及验收规范GBJ149规定处理。不同材料接地体间的连接应进行处理。Theconnectionofthegroundingbody（wire）shallbewelded,andtheweldingshallbefinnandfree.Thegroundwireconnectedtotheelectricalequipmentshallbeconnectedwithgalvanizedbolts;whenthenon-ferrousmetalgroundwirecannotbewelded,itmaybeboltedandpressed,Hotagentwelding（exothermicwelding）connection.Fasteningnutoranti-lseninggasketshouldbesetupwhenbolted,ThecontactsurfaceofboltconnectionshallbetreatedaccordingtothecurrentnationalstandardGBJ149,andtheconnectionbetweenearthingbodiesofdifferentmaterialsshallbehandled.6.2 接地体（线）为铜与铜或铜与钢之间的连接采用热剂焊（放热焊接）时，其熔接接头必须符合下列规定：whenaconnectionbetweencopperandcopperorcoppertosteelismadebymeansofahotagentwelding(exothermicwelding),theweldingjointshallcomplywiththefollowingrequirements:6.2.1被连接的导体必须完全包在接头里。Theconnectedconductormustbecompletelyenclosedintheconnector.6.2.2 热焊剂(放热焊接)接头的表面应平滑。Thesurfaceofthehotflux(exothermicwelding)jointshouldbesmooth.67、安全文明施工保障措施及风险控制计划7、Safetyandcivilizationconstructionguaranteemeasuresandriskcontrolplanlist7.1 参加本工程施工的所有人员必须遵循“管生产必须管安全”的原则，在安全施工过程中进行科学管理，完善安全设施，强化安全教育，牢固树立“安全第一，预防为主，综合治理”的思想。7.2 Allpersonnelparticipatingintheconstructionoftheprojectmustfollowtheprincipleof',pipeproductionmustmanagesafety'1,carryoutscientificmanagementintheprocessofsafetyconstruction,perfectsafetyfacilities,strengthensafetyeducation,andfirmlyestablish"safetyfirst,preventionfirst,"Theideaofcomprehensivemanagement.7.3 所有参加施工人员必须认真学习电力建设安全工作规程有关章节，并进行体检和三级安全教育合格后方可持证上岗，并在施工前进行安全技术交底。特殊工种作业人员必须持有效证件上岗。7.4 Applyhotworkpermitbeforestartwork.安装组长Installationleader8、质量控制措施8、Qualitycontrolmeasures8.1.开工前对施工人员进行施工质量交底，并做交底记录，要求施工人员签字确认。Beforethestartofconstruction,theconstructionpersonnelshallbegiventhefoundationoftheconstructionquality,andtherecordismadebythebuilders,andtheconstructionpersonnelshouldbesignedandconfirmedbytheconstructors.82施工过程中对每一步的工作都要进行现场交底。明确告知施工人员施工方法和工艺要求。Duringtheconstructionprocess,eachstepoftheworkshouldbecarriedoutonthesite.Clearlyinformtheconstructionstaffoftheconstructionmethodsandtechnicalrequirements.8.3. 施工过程中要经常进行检查，如发现工艺不合格，及时要求停工并整改。Duringtheconstructionprocess,oftencheck,suchasfoundthattheprocessisnotup-to-date,timelyrequestforstoppageandrectification.8.4. 每个停工待检点都要严格执行，并做记录。Eachstopworktocheckthepointtostrictlyenforce,andmakearecord.8.5. 停工待检点设置如下：Thestoppageissetupasfollows:8.5.1. 接地沟开挖完成后，检查接地沟深度是否符合图纸要求。Afterthegroundingditchexcavationiscompleted,checkwhetherthedepthofthegroundingditchconformstothedrawingrequirements.8.5.2. 接地极及接地线焊接完成后，检查接地线深度是否符合图纸要求，检查焊点质量及防腐是否完整。Whenthegroundingelectrodeandgroundingwirearewelded,thedepthofthegroundingwireischeckedtomeettherequirementsofthedrawing,andthequalityofthesolderjointsandtheintegrityofthecorrosionprotectionarechecked.8.5.3. 回填之前联系业主方进行隐蔽工程验收，并进行签字确认。Contacttheownertocheckandacceptthehiddenworksbeforebackfilling,andsignandconfirm.9、绿色施工措施9¼Greenconstructionmeasures9.1 施工场地垃圾及时清理，不得长时间存放。Theconstructionsiterubbishcleansupintime,mustnotbestoredforalongtime.9.2 现场材料堆放整齐，严禁乱堆乱放，施工场所应保持整洁，做到“工完、料尽、场地清”。Sitematerialsstackedneatly,norandomstacking,constructionsiteshouldbekeptcleanandtidy,sothat"workdone,thesiteclear."9.3 施工过程中的下脚料统一回收后进行再利用，不能再利用的下脚料回收后统一进行处理。Intheconstructionprocess,thescrapisrecoveredandreused,andtheunreusedwasteistreateduniformly.9.4 根据施工进度、库存情况等合理安排材料的采购、进场时间和批次，减少库存；现场材料堆放有序，储存环境适宜，措施得当，保管制度健全，责任落实，材料运输工具适宜，装卸方法得当，防止损坏和遗洒，根据现场平面布置情况就近卸载，避免和减少二次搬运。Accordingtotheconstructionschedule,inventoryandotherreasonablearrangementsfortheprocurementofmaterials,timescheduleandbatch,reduceinventory;on-sitematerialsstackedorderly,suitablestorageenvironment,appropriatemeasuresandcustodysystem,theresponsibilitytoimplement,materialtransportforhandlingmethodappropriatetopreventdamageandspills,accordingtothesitelayoutnearbyunloadingtoavoidandreducethetwohandling.9.5 现场设备、材料堆放整齐有序，不妨碍交通和施工，标志清晰齐全。Siteequipment,materialsstackedorderly,noobstructionoftrafficandconstruction,clearandcompletesigns.9.6 加强材料管理，严格材料预算编制工作，使材料预算即能满足施工要求又能避免浪费。Strengthenmaterialmanagement,strictlymaterialbudget,sothatmaterialbudgetcannotonlymeettheconstructionrequirementsbutalsoavoidwaste.10、应急保障措施10、Emergencysupportmeasures10.1 在发生意外事故时能有序地应急指挥，有效的保护员工的生命、企业财产的安全，把事故造成的损失降低到最小程度。Intheeventofanaccident,theemergencycommandcanbeorderedinanorderlymanner,effectivelyprotectingthelifeofemployeesandthesafetyoftheproperty,andminimizingthelossescausedbytheaccident.10.2 事故发生后，施工现场管理人员要立即向应急领导小组汇报，并拔打当地急救电话，详细说明发生事故地点，结构物名称、单位、联系电话、受伤人员及报告人，报告人联系电话等。Aftertheaccident,theconstructionsitemanagementstaffshouldimmediatelyreportittotheemergencyleadershipteam,anddialthelocalemergencycall,detaileddescriptionoftheaccidentlocation,nameofstructure,unit,telephone,theinjuredandthereporter,contacttelephoneofthereporterandsoon.10.3 施工现场管理人员要立即组织有关人员，设立警示标志，抢救受伤人员及物资，并指定专人在主要路口迎接应急人员。Constructionsitemanagementpersonnelshouldimmediatelyorganizetherelevantpersonnel,setupwarningsigns,rescuetheinjuredandmaterials,anddesignatedthepersonatthemainjunctiontomeettheemergencypersonnel.10.4 应急领导小组接到报警后，应立即赶往现场，对发生事故地点进行勘察有无发生二次伤害可能，检查受伤人员情况，交通畅通情况等，并做好相应的救护方法。Emergencyleadershipgroupshouldimmediatelyrushtothesceneafterreceivingthealarm,toinvestigatewhethertheaccidentmaybringsecondaryinjury,tochecktheinjuredpersonnel,andthetrafficcondition,andrescue.10.5 发生事故后，如有施工人员受伤时，应急领导小组应确定最近的救护医院，伤员由现场医务人员做应急措施后，立即送受伤人员到应急医院治疗。Aftertheaccident,iftheconstructionworkerswereinjured,theemergencyleadershipteamshoulddeterminethenearestambulancehospital,a
