2、ds,theChinesemoldindustryonlythendrivesintothedevelopmentspeedway.Recentyears,notonlythestate-ownedmoldenterprisehadtheverybigdevelopment,thethreeinvestmentsenterprise,thevillagesandtowns(individual)themoldenterprise,sdevelopmentalsoquiterapid.AlthoughtheChinesemoldindustrialdevelopmentrapid,butcomp

3、areswiththedemand,obviouslyfallsshortofdemand,itsmaingapconcentratespreciselyto,large-scale,iscomplex,thelonglifemolddomain.Asaresultofinaspectandsoonmoldprecision,life,manufacturecycleandproductivity,Chinaandtheinternationalaveragehorizontalandthedevelopedcountrystillhadabiggerdisparity,therefore,n

4、eededmassivelytoimportthemoldeveryyear.TheChinesemoldindustryexceptmustcontinuetosharpentheproductivity,fromnowonwillhaveemphaticallytotheprofessioninternalstructureadjustmentandthestate-of-artenhancement.Thestructureadjustmentaspect,mainlyistheenterprisestructuretothespecializedadjustment,theproduc

5、tstructuretocentertheupscalemolddevelopment,totheimportandexportstructureimprovement,centertheupscaleautomobilecovermoldforminganalysisandthestructureimprovement,themulti-purposecompoundmoldandthecompoundprocessingandthelasertechnologyinthemolddesignmanufactureapplication,thehigh-speedcutting,thesup

6、erfinishingandpolishedthetechnology,theinformationdirectiondevelops.Therecentyears,themoldprofessionstructureadjustmentandtheorganizationalreformstepenlarges,mainlydisplayedin,large-scale,precise,wascomplex,thelonglife,centertheupscalemoldandthemoldstandardletterdevelopmentspeedishigherthanthecommon

7、moldproduct;Theplasticmoldandthecompressioncastingmoldproportionincreases;Specializedmoldfactoryquantityanditsproductivityincrease;,Thethreeinvestments7andtheprivateenterprisedevelopsrapidly;Thejointstocksystemtransformationstepspeedsupandsoon.Distributesfromthearealooked,takeZhujiangDeltaandYangtze

8、Riverdeltaascentralsoutheastcoastalareadevelopmentquicklytomid-westarea,southdevelopmentquicklytonorth.Atpresentdevelopsquickest,themoldproducesthemostcentralizedprovinceisGuangdongandZhejiang,placessuchasJiangsu,Shanghai,AnhuiandShandongalsohasabiggerdevelopmentinrecentyears.Althoughourcountrymoldt

9、otalquantityhadatpresentachievedthesuitablescale,themoldlevelalsohastheverybigenhancement,afterbutdesignmanufacturehorizontaloverallriseandfallindustrydevelopedcountryandsoonYuDe,America,date,France,Italymany.Thecurrentexistencequestionandthedisparitymainlydisplayinfollowingseveralaspects:(1) thetot

10、alquantityfallsshortofdemanddomesticmoldassemblingoneselfrateonly,about70%.Low-grademold,centerupscalemoldassemblingoneselfrateonlyhas50%about.(2) theenterpriseorganizationalstructure,theproductstructure,thetechnicalstructureandtheimportandexportstructuredoesnotgatherinourcountrymoldproductionfactor

18、ey,affectsthetechnologyadvancement,moreoverprivatelyoperatedenterpriseloanextremelydifficult.(2) talentedpersonseriousinsufficient,thescientificresearchdevelopmentandthetechnicalattackinvestmenttoourinemoldprofessionisthetechnology,thefund,theworkcrowdedindustry,alongwiththetimeprogressandthetechnic

19、aldevelopment,graspsthetalentedpersonwhichandskilledutilizesthenewtechnologyexceptionallyshort,thehigh-qualitymoldfitterandtheenterprisemanagementtalentextremelyisalsoanxious.Becausethemoldenterprisebenefitunsatisfactoryandtakesinsufficientlythescientificresearchdevelopmentandthetechnicalattack,thes

20、cientificresearchunitandtheuniversities,collegesandinstituteseyestaresatiscreatingincome,causesthemoldprofessioninveststoofewinthescientificresearchdevelopmentandthetechnicalattackaspect,causesthemoldtechnologicaldevelopmentstepnottobebig,progressesnotquick.(3) thecraftequipmentleveltobelow,alsonece

22、quipmentlevellowareverymorethantheoverseasmanyenterprises.Asaresultofaspecttheandsoonsystemandfundreason,introducestheequipmentnotnotnecessary,theequipmentandtheappendixnotnecessaryphenomenonareextremelycommon,theequipmentutilizationratelowquestioncannotobtainthecomparativelyproperlysolutionforalong

27、ryhighspeeddevelopment.Ontheonehand,thedomesticmoldmarketwillcontinuehighspeedtodevelop,ontheotherhand,themoldmanufacturealsograduallywillshiftaswellasthetransnationalgrouptoourcountrycarriesonthemoldpurchasetrendtoourcountryextremelytobealsoobvious.Therefore,willtakeabroadviewthefuture,internationa

28、l,thedomesticmoldmarketoveralldevelopmenttendencyprospectwillfavor,estimatedtheChinesemoldwillobtainthehighspeeddevelopmentunderthegoodmarketenvironment,ourcountrynotonlycanbecomethemoldgreatnation,moreovercertainlygraduallywillmakethepowerfulnationtothemoldtherankstomakegreatstridesforward.15period

41、tmoldstandardlettersalsomusttheprioritize,moreoveritsdevelopmentspeedshouldquicklytothemolddevelopmentspeed,likethisbeableunceasinglytoraiseourcountrymoldstandardizationlevel,thusimprovesthemoldquality,reducesthemoldproductioncycle,reducesthecost.Becauseourcountrymoldproductholdsthebiggerpricesuperi
