6、rolCentre(VCC)车辆操纵中心(VCC);StationControllers(STCs)车站操纵器(STC):VehicleOn-boardControllers(VOBCs)车载操纵设备(VoBC):InductiveLoopDataCommunications.感应环线数据通信2.1 SystemManagementCentre(SMC)/系统管理中心(SMC)TheSystemManagementCentre(SMC)istheoverallmanagementfacility.ItservesastheinterfacebetweenthesystemandtheCentr
7、alControlOperatorsandprovidestherequiredATSlevelautomaticcontrolandsupervisionfunctions.ItsprimaryfunctionistoprovideinformationtotheCOsonthepositionandstatusofalltrackedtrains,andstatusofthefieldequipmentwithintheATCsystem.系统管理中心(SMe)包含全系统的管理设备。它是系统与中央调度员的接口,提供ATS层的自动操纵与监督功能。SMC首要的功能是向中央调度员提供所有跟踪列车
8、的位置、状态、与整个ATe系统范围内所有设备的状态信息。TheSMCCOcommandsetincludes:SMC中央调度员指令包含: SystemInitialization(e.g.synchronizingcorrectdateandtimeofdayamongstthevariousworkstations).系统初始化(比如在不一致工作站间同步正确的时间与日期) TrainRouting(e.g.routingtrainstostations,assigningtrainstolines).设置列车进路(比如安排列车进路到车站,分配列车到运行线) TrainLaunchAlloca

10、on.自动列车的发车/退出功能(即列车投入与退出运营服务)AutomaticTrainRegulationfunction.自动列车调整功能 AutomaticTrainandGuidewayAlarmandStatusMonitoring(e.g.trainstatus,switchstatus)function,etc.自动列车与线路告警及状态监视功能(比如列车状态,道岔状态)等。2.2 VehicleControlCentre(VCC)/车辆操纵中心(VCC)TheVCCsubsystemisresponsibleforvitallyensuringsafeautomatictrains
11、eparationandoperationinthemovingblockenvironment.TheVCCenforcesaminimumsafeseparationbetweentrainsbasedonthesafebrakingdistancefromthelastverifiedlocationoftherearofaprecedingtrainoranyotherobstructionsuchasdisturbedswitchesorclosedtracks.VCC子系统在移动闭塞环境中确保列车的安全间隔与运营。VCC确保列车间的最小安全间隔,该间隔是根据前车最后校核位置,或者其
12、他障碍物(如受干扰的道岔与封闭的轨道)的位置,确定的的安全制动距离。Inadditiontomonitoringthepositionoftrains,theVCCshallalsomonitorthestatusofallswitchesbycyclicallypollingthestationcontrollersforstatus.Switchesinthevicinityofthetrainarereservedandpositionedbeforethetrainisallowedtooperateacrossthem.Switchreservationspreventconflic
13、tswithothertrainsandwithCOinitiatedreservationorswitchmovementrequests.除对列车位置的监视外,VCC还通过对车站操纵器的周期性状态轮询监视所有道岔状态。列车邻近的道岔被预留并确定位置后才同意列车通过。道岔预留防止其他列车的需求冲突,也防止与调度员发出的预留或者转换道岔命令冲突。TheVCCisabletooperatetrainsautomatically,withoutdrivers.Thisisdonethroughtwofunctionstraintrackingandcommandingmovementauthori
14、ty.ThesefunctionsareusedtogethertoprovideATOfunctions,ormaybeusedonlytomonitorthemovementsoftrainsoperatedinmanualmode.TheVCCtrackstrainsbycontinuouslypollingforandreceivingpositioninformationfromtheVOBC.ThemovementauthorityconsistsoftheVCCcontinuouslytransmittingasafestoppingposition(targetpoint)to
15、theVOBC.无须驾驶员,VCC能自动操纵列车运行,该方式通过两个功能-列车跟踪与移动授权来实现的。这些功能被用在一起提供ATO功能,或者在人工模式下只监视列车运行。VCC通过连续的向VOBC轮询并接收列车位置信息来跟踪列车。VCC不停的向VOBC发送安全停车位置(目标点)来实现移动授权。TheVCCcommunicateswithaVehicleOnBoardController(VOBC)throughwhichtheVCCcommandsapplicationofpropulsionandbraking,settingspeedlimitsandbrakingrates,station
16、stopsandopeningandclosingtraindoors.VCC与车载操纵器(VOBC)通信,并以此来公布牵引或者制动命令,设置速度限制与制动等级,车站停车与开关车门命令。TheVCCsupervisesandreactstoaPlatformEmergencyStopbuttonactivation.VCC监视并响应站台紧急停车按钮动作。TheVCCsupervisesandreactstoCentralEmergencyStopbuttonactivation,etc.VCC监视并响应中央紧急停车按钮动作等。2.3 VehicleOn-boardController(VOBC
17、)/车载操纵罂(VOBC)TheVOBCprovidestheon-boardAutomaticTrainOperation(ATO)andtheon-boardAutomaticTrainProtection(ATP)functionstoalltrains.VOBC向车辆提供列车自动驾驶(ATo)与列车自动防护(ATP)功能。TheVOBCcommunicatesconstantlywiththesubsystemresponsibleforcentralATPfunctions(VCC)andisprimarilyresponsibleforthecontrolofpropulsion,
18、brakesandtraindoors/PSDunderATPconstraints.在ATP的约束下,VoBC不停的与中央ATP功能子系统(VCC)通信,要紧负责操纵列车的牵引,制动与列车车门及PSD的操纵。TheVOBCinterpretsandsupportsVCCcommandsincludingmaximumspeed,targetpoint,doorcontrolandbrakingrate.VOBC翻译与执行VCC的命令,包含最大速度,目标点,列车车门操纵与制动等级。TheVOBCperformsvitalsupervisionsincludingoverspeed,target
19、pointovershootanddoorstatusdetectiontoensurethatthetrainisoperatingwithinitspermittedenvelope.VoBC执行安全检查包含是否超速,是否越过目标点,车门状态探测,来确保列车在同意的范围内运行。TheVOBCsupen/isestrainoperationandautomaticallycommandtheemergencybrakes(EB)toapplywhensafeoperationcannotcontinue.VOBC监视列车运行,当列车安全不能继续安全运行时自动发出紧急制动命令。TheVOBCs
20、positioningsystemisbasedoninformationfromtheinductivelooplaidalongthetrackandoninformationfromtachometersmountedonthevehicle,saxles.EachsectionofinductiveloophasaloopIDassociatedwithit.UsingtheloopIDandcountingthecrossoversfromthestartofeachloopallowstheVOBCtoestablishacoarsepositionwithintheguidewa
21、y.Finerresolutionisachievedbyusingtachometerstomeasurethedistancetravelledfromthestartofthepreviouscrossover.VOBC的列车定位系统是根据铺设在轨道上的感应环线的信息与安装在车轴上的测速计来实现的。每一个感应环线区段对应一个环线ID识别号。通过环线的ID识别号与从环线入口开始交叉点的计数,能够对车辆进行25M的定位校准。通过转速计测量与前一个环线交叉点间的运行距离可实现精确的定位。2.4 StationControllerSubsystem(STC)/车站操纵器子系统(STC)TheST
22、CworksinconjunctionwiththeVCCtosupplementtheAutomaticTrainProtection(ATP)andAutomaticTrainOperation(ATO)functionsoftheATCsystem.ThewaysidecontrolfunctionsoftheSTCareinitiatedbycommandtelegramsfromtheVCCduringnormaloperation.StatusinformationofalldevicesunderSTCcontrolareconveyedbacktotheVCCintheform
23、ofSTCresponsetelegrams.STC与VCC联合工作来实现ATC系统的列车自动防护(ATP)与列车自动监督功能。在正常运营中,STC的轨旁设备操纵功能是由VCC的命令报文发出。所有STC操纵设备的状态在STC的回复报文中发送给VCC。TheSTCprovideAutomaticSwitchControlandSupervisionforallswitches,signals,LCPandPSD,etc.STC提供所有道岔、信号机、LCP及PSD等的自动操纵与监督。TheSTCmonitorsandreportsstatusofPlatformEmergencyStopButto
