14、n各种工器具齐全、完好并经检验合格。Allkindsoftoolsandinstrumentsarecompleted,intactandalreadyinspected.电缆敷设Cablelaying1先敷设集中的电缆，后敷设分散的电缆；先敷设电力电缆，后敷设控制电缆；先敷设长电缆，后敷设短电缆。1.Laythecentralizedcablefirstandthenlaythedispersedcable;firstlaythepowercable,thenlaythecontrolcable;firstlaythelongcable,andthenlaytheshortcable.2高、

15、低压电力电缆、强电、弱电、控制电缆，一般应按顺序分层自上而下的排列。当电缆支校核其标高和距墙柱的纵横距离是否符合设计图纸要求Checkwhethertheelevationanddistancefromthewallcolumnmeettherequirementsofthedesigndrawings架层数较少时允许不同电压的电力电缆同一层敷设，控制和弱电电缆同一层敷设。2. 16、minorder.Whenthenumberofcablesupportsissmall,thepowercableswithdifferentvoltagesareallowedtobelaidonthesamelayer,andthecontrolandweakcablesarelaidonthesamelayer.3. 电缆架盘，据电缆清册敷设顺序及提供的电缆盘号选择电缆，并核实电缆的规格型号。电缆盘尽量靠近电缆入口处，以减少架盘人数。4. 17、ctthecable,andverifythecablespecifications.Cabletrayasclosetothecableentranceaspossibletoreducethenumberofshelves.4各线路指挥员根据电缆敷设路线合理安排各自负责区域的人员，并根据电缆断面图认真向施工人员交代电缆排放位置。并把电缆断面图贴在路线拐弯处。5. Thelinecommandersshouldreasonablyarrangethepersonnelinchargeoftheareaaccordingtotherouteoflayingthecable,andcareful

18、lyexplainthecabledischargepositiontotheconstructionpersonnelaccordingtothecablecross-sectiondiagram.Andattachthecableprofiletothebendoftheroute.5.人员就位后由总指挥下达敷设命令，首端指挥根据电缆清册顺序开始敷设，并记录每根电缆的米数和电缆盘号。6. Accordingtotheactuallengthrequiredtotakethesize,determinetheheadposition.2量取所需尺寸，剥去外护套。在外护套断口处保留20mm内垫层，其余剥除2. Measur

20、etherequiredsizeandstriptheoutersheath.Leave20mminnercushionattheouterjacketfracture,stripofftherest3在三叉根部包绕填充胶，要求包绕要严密，中间不得留有空隙，形似橄榄状。将手套套入三叉根部，用喷灯由手指根部依次向两端加热固定。3. Inthetrigeminalrootsaroundthefillingadhesive,itisrequiredtobetightlywrapped,theremustbenogapsinthemiddle,theshapeofolive.Puttheglovein

21、totherootofthetrigeminalandturnitfromtherootofthefingertothetwoendsandfixitwiththetorch.4按实际需要长度量取线芯，其余锯断。将线芯末端绝缘层剥去，使导体裸露，其长度为线鼻子孔深加5mm,然后将线芯端部绝缘削成“铅笔头”状。用砂布将导体和线鼻子内的氧化层除去，将线芯端部用挫刀挫成倒角，以便线芯塞入线鼻子孔内。将导体塞入线鼻子顶部，导体外径应与线鼻子内径紧密配合。4.Accordingtotheactuallengthrequiredtotakethecore,therestsawcut.Striptheins

22、ulationontheendofthewirecoresothattheconductorisexposed.Thelengthofthewireis5mmdeeperthanthelengthofthewirenosehole,andthentheinsulationattheendofthewirecoreiscutintoa“pencil“shape.Usinganemeryclothtoremovetheoxidelayerfromtheconductorandwirenose,theendofthewirecoreistruncatedwithacrushersothatthewi

23、recoreisinsertedintothewirenosehole.Inserttheconductorintothetopofthewirenose.Theoutsidediameteroftheconductorshouldmatchtheinsidediameterofthewirenose.5.按线鼻子大小选取压模，线鼻子必须压两个坑。压接时先压接接近线芯的坑，以防线芯伸长导致扁心；每个坑的操作必须一次完成，中途不得退出。压接完毕后，线鼻子表面不得有裂纹，线鼻子上凸棱应用挫刀挫去。5.Accordingtothesizeofthenoseofthelinetoselectthemo

24、ld,thelinenosemustpresstwopits.Whencrimping,thepitsnearthecorearecrimpedfirsttopreventthecorefromstretchingandflattening.Eachpitmustbecompletedatonetimeandmustnotbewithdrawnhalfway.Aftercrimping,thesurfaceofthewirenosemustnotbecracked.6.将线鼻子未端“铅笔头”处包绕填充胶，并搭接线鼻子IOmm,用喷灯先预热线鼻子，然后将相色管套入线鼻子部位，由上部起加热固定。6

25、.FilltheendofthepencilnosewitharubberfillingandapplyIOmmtothenose.Useablowtorchtowarmupthenosefirst,theninsertthetubeintothenoseofthelineandheatitfromthetop.7.电缆头制作完毕后，可进行接线。接线时，接线鼻子与接线体的连接螺栓应牢固，螺母在外侧，丝扣为2-3扣。7.Afterthecableheadisfinished,itcanbewired.Whenwiring,theconnectionboltbetweenthewiringnose

26、andthewiringbodyshouldbefirmwiththenutontheoutsideandthescrewthreadis2-3buckles.控制电缆终端头制作Controlcableterminalproduction1.按电缆敷设和盘、柜内二次端子接线位置顺序整理排列盘、柜下面的电缆，电缆排列整齐后用绑扎带固定在C型槽板上或支架上，同时检查核对电缆牌与电缆型号、规格、根数是否齐全，是否符合设计要求，做到同一盘、柜电缆全部敷完，统一整理固定，统一做头，电缆头高度根据盘内端子排确定，同一层电缆头必须做齐。1.Accordingtothecablelayingandtheord

27、erofthesecondaryterminalsinthecabinet,arrangethecablesinthearrangementtrayandthecabinet.Afterthecablesarearrangedneatly,usethebindingbandtofixthemontheC-shapedslotboardorbracket,andcheckthecablelabelsandcablesatthesametime.Whetherthemodel,specifications,andnumberofrootsarecompleteandmeetthedesignreq

28、uirements,sothatallthecablesofthesamepanelandcabinetarecompletelyfinished,unifiedandfixed,andtheheadsareunified.Theheightofthecableheadisdeterminedaccordingtotheterminalrowinthedisk,andthecableheadsonthesamelayermustbealigned.2.用电缆刀剥切塑料统包外护套及内护套，将屏蔽层的屏蔽铜丝保留足够接地用的长度，以作屏蔽层的接地用，接地线选用Lomm2黄绿软铜线，其出线随盘柜统一

29、。在用刀具剥切外皮时，要注意绝不能伤及线芯的外绝缘层，尤其是就地端要把屏蔽层清理干净，不得有剩余毛刺刺破绝缘层引起线芯接地。将线芯分开，切去填充物。根据电缆外径选用稍大一级规格的黑色热缩套管截取40mm套在电缆头上，然后加热热缩。加热时，顺四周均匀烘烤。当电缆较多时，可制作支架分层布置，不得影响电缆查找。2.Useacableknifetopeeltheplasticsheathedoutersheathandinnersheath,andkeeptheshieldingcopperwireoftheshieldinglayerlongenoughforgroundingoftheshield

30、inglayer.Thegroundingwireismadeof1.0mm2yellow-greensoftcopperwire.Theoutletisunifiedwiththecabinet.Whenpeelingtheskinwithacutter,caremustbetakennottodamagetheouterinsulationlayerofthewirecore,especiallytocleantheshieldinglayeronthelocalend,andnoresidualburrscanpuncturetheinsulationlayertocausethewir

31、ecoretobegrounded.Separatethecoreandcutthefiller.Accordingtotheouterdiameterofthecable,aslightlylargersizeblackheatshrinkablesleeveisusedtocut40mmoverthecablehead,andthenheatshrink.Whenheated,bakeevenlyaroundit.Whentherearemorecables,thebracketscanbearrangedinalayeredmannerandthecablescannotbesearch

32、ed.4.电缆接线Cablewiring1.电缆接线前要逐根进行校对，校一芯穿一芯的号头，并将线芯端部打弯，以防止号头丢失，校完后复查，防止出错。号头采用白色圆形塑料管，用专用打号机打字，号头长度30mio1. Beforethecableisconnected,itisnecessarytocarryoutproofreadingonebyone.Onecoreoftheschoolshouldwearanumberofthecore,andbendtheendofthecoretopreventthelossofthenumber.Aftertheschoolisfinished,itsh

33、ouldbecheckedagaintopreventmistakes.Theheadismadeofwhiteroundplastictubeanditistypedwithaspecialmarkingmachine.Thelengthoftheheadis30mm.2.按照盘左右将电缆分开用白色尼龙扎带固定整齐，从盘两侧上至盘上部，特殊情况可以排在正面。在每一个接线端子处将线芯引出进行接线，备用线芯套号头，号头上打印电缆编号。尼龙扎带绑扎间距在控制缆头上部IOmm处进行第一一道绑扎，以后垂直走向IOOmm为宜，水平去向50一70mm。2. Separatethecablesintheri

34、ghtandleftsidesofthetrayanduseawhitenyloncabletietofixthem,frombothsidesofthetraytotheupperpartofthetray.Specialcasescanbearrangedonthefrontside.Ateachterminal,thecoreisledoutforwiring.Thesparecoresleevenumberisprintedonthenumberhead.Nylonstraptiespacingintheupperpartofthecontrolcable1Ommforthefirst

35、banding,aftertheverticaldirectiontoIOOmmisappropriate,horizontalto50-70mm.3. 排线完毕后截去多余的线芯，用剥线钳或尖嘴钳剥去线芯端部绝缘，套入写有回路编号的端子头，多股线压接线鼻子，单股线根据端子排情况决定弯圈或直接压接。如需弯圈，将导线用尖嘴钳弯线圈，端子排外部裸露的线芯应控制在2m以下，线圈大小以穿入螺丝为宜，不宜太大或太小，弯曲半径一般应不小于导线直径3倍。弯制线圈(或剥导线绝缘时)不得损伤线芯，在接入端子排或接线柱时，线圈的弯曲方向与螺丝旋入转向一致，即顺时针方向。线圈与接线端子连接时应将螺丝穿入弹簧垫、平垫、

36、导线线圈后再接入端子紧固。3 .Afterthecableiscompletelyremoved,removetheexcesscore,stripthecoreendinsulationwithastrippingpliersorneedle-nosepliers,inserttheterminalwiththeloopnumber,andpressthewiringnosewiththemultiplestrands.Thesituationisdeterminedbybendingordirectcrimping.Ifyouneedtobend,useaneedle-nosepliers

37、tobendthewire.Theexposedcoreoutsidetheterminalblockshouldbecontrolledbelow2mm.Thesizeofthecoilisappropriateforpenetratingthescrew.Itshouldnotbetoolargeortoosmall.Thebendingradiusshouldnotbelessthanthewire.3timesthediameter.Whenthecoilisbent(orthestrippedwireisinsulated),thecoremustnotbedamaged.Whent

38、heteninalstriportheterminalisconnected,thedirectionofthecoisbendingisthesameasthatofthescrew,srotation,thatis,clockwise.Whenthecoilisconnectedwiththeterminal,thescrewshouldbeinsertedintothespringpad,flatpadandwirecoilandthentheterminalshouldbetightened.4 .圆形线排线应使各线芯平等，转弯或分支引出时应保持横平竖直，转角弧度一致，相互紧靠。转角弧

39、度一次弯成，接端子排时线芯留有一定备用长度，全屏所有芯线弧度一致。备用线芯与同一电缆其它线芯一起绑扎，其长度应超过最远处端子排线芯的长度。4. 40、tingtotheterminalblock.Allthearcsofthefullscreenarethesame.Thesparecoreisbundledtogetherwithothercoresofthesamecable,anditslengthshouldexceedthelengthoftheterminalcoreatthefarthestend.5.号头上文字的书写顺序：垂直端子排由左向右书写，水平端子排由上向下书写，同一端子排上的号头朝向必须一致。号头应保证字迹清楚，不脱色，不得用笔书写。为宜，拐弯处酌情增加绑扎。5.
