yBcan,inaccordancewiththeprovisionsoflawsandregulations,settlesuchlabordisputethroughconsultation,orapplyformediationorarbitration.IfeitherPartyrefusestoacceptthearbitrationaward,suchPartycanbringalawsuittothepeople,scourtWithjurisdictionaccordingtolaw.Article23Theannexesheretoareasfollows:Article24MattersnotcoveredhereinorinconsistentwiththerelevantregulationsoftheStateandBeijingMunicipalityinthefutureshallbedealtwithinaccordancewithrelevantregulations.Article25ThisContractismadeintwocounterpartsinChineseandinEnglishrespectively,witheachPartyholdingoneChineseandoneEnglishcounterpart.IncaseofanydiscrepancyinunderstandingbetweentheChineseversionandtheEnglishversionofthisContract,theChineseversionshallprevail.PartyA(CommonSeal)PartyB(Signature)1.egalRepresentativeZPrincipalResponsiblePersonorEntrustedAgent(SignatureorSeal)SigningDate:(MM)(DD)(YYYY)RenewaloftheLaborContractTherenewedlaborcontractisalaborcontractwithatermof.Therenewedlaborcontractshallcomeintoeffecton(MM)(DD)(YYYY)andterminateon(MM)(DD)(YYYY)IPartyA(CommonSeal)PartyB(Signature)1.egalRepresentativeZPrincipaIResponsiblePersonorEntrustedAgent(SignatureorSeal)MMDDYYTherenewedlaborcontractisalaborcontractwithatermof.Therenewedlaborcontractshallcomeintoeffecton(MM)(DD)(YYYY)andteninateon(MM)(DDDYYYY)PartyA(CommonSeal)PartyB(Signature)1.egalRepresentativeZPrincipalResponsiblePersonorEntrustedAgent(SignatureorSeal)MMDDYYChangeoftheLaborContractPartyAandPartyBmakethefollowingchangesofthisContractuponagreementthroughconsultation:PartyA(CommonSeal)PartyB(Signature)1.egalRepresentativeZPrincipalResponsiblePersonorEntrustedAgent(SignatureorSeal)(MM)(DD)(YYYY)InstructionforUSe1.ThisContractcanbeusedasalaborcontractbetweentheemployerandtheemployee.2.WhentheemployerandtheemployeesignalaborcontractbyusingthisContract,allthecontentsthatneedtobeagreedbythePartiesthroughconsultationshallbefilledinthecorrespondingblanksuponagreementreachedbythePartiesthroughconsultation.Whenalaborcontractissigned,PartyAshallaffixitscommonsealtothelaborcontract,anditslegalrepresentativeorprincipalresponsiblepersonshallpersonallyaffixhis/hersignatureorsealtothelaborcontract.3.ThetermsthatneedtobeaddedthroughconsultationbetweentheParliesshallbestatedinArticle21ofthisContract.4.IfothercontentsagreedbytheParties,thechangestothelaborcontract,etc.cannotbefilledinthisContract,aseparatesheetmaybeattached.5.ThisContractshallbefillinwithapenorsignaturepen,thewritingshallbeclear,andthewrittenwordsshallbeconciseandaccurateandshallnotbealtered.6.ThisContractismadeintwocounterpartsinChineseandinEnglishrespectively,witheachofPartyAandPartyBholdingoneChinesecounterpartandoneEnglishcounterpart,andthecounterpartskeptbyPartyBshallnotbekeptbyPartyAonPartyB'sbehalf.7.Ifanelectroniclaborcontractissigned,therelevantregulationsoftheStateandBeijingMunicipalityshallbecompliedwith.November2023
