Supplier shall be more than a decade in power distribution 低压配电柜制造商应具备配电产品品牌商授权的生产资质，且是当地电业部门认 可和推荐的厂家。3.2 Low Voltage Switchgear manufacture shall be more than a decade in power distribution industry and have good reputation. Manufacture shall bid for large industry project before.配电柜制造商应从事配电行业生产，制造十年以上，并承接过大型工业配电项目 的信誉厂家。3.3 Switchgear shall be standardized, safe & secure, easy to install and operate by buyer.柜体应为标准化，高可靠性，便于安装及操作的型式。3.4 Single Line Diagram and its secondary schematic diagram which is consistent with the element layout in switchgear shall be pasted on inside door of each set of Switchgear.每台配电柜门板内侧应附有与柜内元器件布置一致的一次电气系统图及二次接 线原理图。3.5 Diagram pasted on switchgear shall indicate all used elements brand, type, all cable & wire cross-section and its conductor material, insulation and flammability rating.每台配电柜的附图应标明柜内所有元器件的品牌、型号及电缆导线截面，导体材 料，阻燃级别等规格参数。3.6 Each set of Switchgear shall accomplish Type-Style test and provided CCC inspection and complete lab report.低压配电柜应为全型式试验（TTA）产品。供应商应能提供产品的CCC认证证 书。3.7 Switchgear shall provide motor control solution as well as well-established power distribution solution and allow the both build into a same cabinet.低压开关柜应提供固定式配电解决方案和电机控制解决方案，并且可以允许两种 解决方案混装在同一台配电柜内。3.8 Supplier shall provide complete components list which amounted in switchgear. 供应商应提供完整的配电柜清单包括柜内所有元器件及配件型号，尺寸，品牌。3.9 Supplier shall provide secure& reliable, fully function, performance product and service. All product and service shall meet the Spec, and industry standard for the country concerned.供应商提供的应是安全可靠、功能完整、性能良好的优质产品及其相应服务。同 时应符合木规范书和有关国家的工业标准。3.10 All manuals and other documents shall be submitted in both the English and Chinese languages.所有的手册与其他资料应提供中英文版本。3.11 It is the intention of this specification that the equipment be the manufacturer's standard, modified as required and suitable for application and ratings/sizes specified herein.本规范书用以明确制造商的设备标准，按需求修改，适合应用及等级/尺寸。3.12 Any deviations from the requirements of this specification shall be stated as exceptions in Supplier's proposal. Base frame shall be supplied by the panel manufacturer for all vertical sections.低压配电柜应由多个垂直分隔区，通过螺栓连接加固组成，以形成可垂直地 面安装的刚性、自承式独立结构。配电柜前、柜后均可开启检修。所有垂直 小室的框架均由配电柜制造商提供。7.1.2 Internal insulation shall be flame-retarding material and withstand 960 temperature according to IEC60695 standard. Supplier shall provide related test report.低压配电柜内绝缘材料要求能耐受960度高温（根据IEC60695标准），并 且为阻燃材料。供应商应能提供相应的试验报告。7.1.3 Base frame shall maintain good dynamic and thermal stability in the case of inside element short circuit. Meanwhile, switchgear shall maintain good performance after move and transport.配电柜框架应能在所安装元件短路的情况下保持良好的动、热稳定性。同时 不会因为搬动、运输等原因而影响配电柜的性能。7.1.4 Base frame shall maintain good dynamic and thermal stability in the case 低压配电柜采用固定分隔式结构，柜体框架采用局部焊接整体组装结构。7.1.5 Horizontal metal barriers shall be provided to form individual circuit breaker, or instrument compartments or cells. Each individual cell shall be segregated from adjacent compartments and sections, including the bus bar compartment by means of metal barriers. Separated follow the specification forms of IEC 60439-1 & IEC 60529 standards 2b style.柜体内部应实现良好的分隔，采用金属绝缘隔板分隔出独立的开关元件,控 制元件等独立小室，包括母线室且均应与相邻的单元室严格绝缘分隔开；具 体分隔形式符合IEC 60439-1和IEC 60529标准要求，要求实现分隔类型 2b o7.1.6 Each Switchgear cabinet and insulate metal barriers shall be grounded. 开关柜外壳和内部金属绝缘板应实现可靠接地。7.1.7 Switchgear size shall be optimized according to installation style. 供应商应能根据安装方式对柜体尺寸进行优化。7.1.8 Ventilators shall be located on the top of switchgear to ensure adequate ventilation.通风装置应设于配电柜顶板上方以保证足够的散热。7.1.9 Adequate lifting lugs / hooks shall be provided for each shipping section. 应有合适的吊耳，吊钩以方便搬运。7.1.10 Switchgear shall be equipped with Main, Tie and Feeder power circuit breakers, all switching and protective devices as indicated on the Single Line Diagram.配电柜内应安装进线主开关，联络开关，馈线开关，所有开关，保护元器件 均应与一次系统图完全一致。7.1.11 Switchgear shall be equipped with instruments, control devices, and interlocks as indicated on the Single Line Diagram.配电柜内所有仪器仪表，控制设备及电气互锁均应与一次系统图完全一致。7.1.12 All switches, push buttons and instruments shall be located between 200 and 2000 mm from finished floor level. Height of switchgear shall not higher than 2200mm.配电柜内所有开关，按纽及仪表应安装在离地20Oand 200Omm之间。柜 体高度不超过2200mm o7.1.13 Switchgear shall have above or bellow access. Aluminum shall be used to reduce the eddy current effect on above or bellow plate when cable trough.柜体结构应满足电缆顶部或者底部引入电缆。电缆穿过的顶板（柜顶出线） 或者底板（柜底出线），应该用铝板以减少涡流影响。7.2 BUS BAR / 母排7.2.1 All bus bars shall be silver /tin plated copper with continuous current rating as indicated on the Single Line Diagram. Bus bracing shall be rated to withstand the mechanical forces exerted during the short circuit conditions. The rating short circuit fault current shall be 25KA above and peak withstand short circuit current shall be 53KA.所有母线均应根据一次系统图标示的持续额定电流采用镀银或镀锡铜排。母 排支撑件应能承受峰值耐受电流53KA产生的电动力要求。额定短时耐受电 流Icw不小于25KA<,7.2.2 Main horizontal bus bars shall be mounted with all three phases arranged in the same vertical plane. Bus shall be sized for temperature rise of 70 over a 40 ambient temperature. Supplier shall have capability to provide all bus capacitor derating table under all ambient temperature and protection rating.主母线应安装在与所有三相均垂直的同一个水平面。母线应满足温升70 以上，环境温度40。C的条件下正常工作。供应商必须能够提供在各种环境 温度和防护等级下的安装于配电柜内铜排的降容表格.7.2.3 Bus bars shall be supported by flame-retarding high-strength glass polyester sulating supports located between adjacent vertical sections in the bus compartment.母线应由在母排室内相邻垂直隔间之间设置阻燃型高强度玻璃纤维增强聚 酯材料制作的绝缘隔板。7.2.4 The neutral bus shall be half size of main bus and shall be located centrally in each cable compartment for ease of terminating cables whether entering from above or below.中性母线（N线）应为主母线规格尺寸的一半并应置于每个电缆室的中间位置以方便电缆无论是上进线或下进线。7.2.5 A copper horizontal ground bus shall be located at the bottom and extended through the entire length of the assembly. The ground bus shall be firmly secured to each vertical section structure. The ground bus joints shall be solidly bolted or welded. The ground bus rating and withstanding capacity shall be equal to the largest circuit breaker within the assembly. 接地铜排应水平安装于柜体底部并贯穿于整个低压柜。应螺栓连接或焊接至 每个开关柜的框架上，组装时应能承受最大短路电流。7.2.6 The neutral bus and the ground bus shall be connected at each end of Switchgear by accessible removable link.中性母线与接地母线应在每一台柜体底部通过可拆卸的连接件相互连接。7.2.7 All hardware used on conductors shall be high-tensile strength and zinc plated. All bus joints shall be provided with Bellville type washers.导体连接均应采用高弹性镀锌的五金件。所有母线连接点均应为贝勒维尔 (BeIIviIIe)型垫圈。7.3 GRoUNDlNG/接地7.3.1 All doors and movable parts shall be connected to ground bus with flexible copper connections. Provision shall be made to connect the grounding bus bar to the plant grounding grid at two ends. All non-current carrying metallic parts of the equipment shall be grounded.所有门及可拆卸部件均应与固定接地铜排可靠连接。规定接地母排应两次接 地且与厂区接地网贯通。所有设备的非导体金属部件均应可靠接地。7.4 ARRANGEMENT OF INTERNAL WIRING AND TERMINATIONS /布线及端子排7.4.1 The internal wiring for control, signaling, protection and instrument circuits shall be done with 500V PVC insulated stranded copper conductors without joints in middle enclosed in plastic channels or neatly bunched together. Wiring for control, signaling circuits use conductor cross-section 1.5 mm2, for voltage loop is 1.5mm2 , for circuit loop is 2.5mm2柜内所有控制、信号、保护及仪表回路配线均应使用PVC绝缘塑料护套绝 缘多股铜芯导线，或穿塑料套管或整体均匀成束布置。导线中间不得有接 头，控制回路导线截面为1.5mm2,电压回路L5mm2,电流回路2.5mn7.4.2 Each wire shall be labeled at both ends, preferably with sleeve type wire markers machine imprinted with the wire name as indicated on the Wiring Diagram.每根配线应在导线两端有标识。建议使用套管式线标记机根据接线图打印出 导线名称标记在配线两端。7.4.3 Wires shall run in wire troughs where they pass through the power cable termination area.
