GB/T5012120054、玻璃幕墙工程质量检验标准JGJ/T13920012.7施工安全管理规范、规程及规定1、建筑机械使用安全技术规范JGJ332001(2012)2、施工现场临时用电安全技术规范JGJ4620053、建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范JGJ80914、建筑施工安全检查标准JGJ5999(JGJ992011)5、国家现行有关强制性标准的规定6、产品出产地的相关规范与标准三、编制说明3.1编制原则3.1.1本施工方案仅适用于某某*产业研发基地项目建筑幕墙装饰工程,是该工程具体实施的指导性文件,施工人员必须熟练掌握并根据其内容进行工程施工。3.1.2本施工方案方案编写的指导思想是:严密组织、科学安排、部署合理、重点突出。3.1.3本施工方案方案编制遵循施工工艺技术的内在规律性,科学合理地安排各分部、分项工程施工工艺及施工顺序。3.1.4在工程施工过程中按计划、实施、检查、处理四个步骤进行。3.1.5本施工方案力求采用国内外先进的施工技术和科学管理方法,以便加快施工速度,缩短工期,保证工程质量。3.1.6合理科学地安排冬、雨季施工,确保工程质量。3.2编制内容本施工方案是针对某某*产业研发基地项目建筑幕墙装饰工程施工特点,从施工准备到竣工验收全过程的综合性纲要。为建立正常的施工秩序,有计划地开展各分部分项工程的施工,及时地做好各项施工准备工作,保证劳动力和各种材料、机具的及时供应及使用,协调与土建单位之间、各工种之间、各种资源之间的空间布置与时间安排的关系,保证施工的顺利进行及按时保质完成该项目的施工,本施工方案设计围绕工程的施工特点、技术难点、及现有的施工条件等从工程部署、施工进度计划及保证措施、材料的采购,材料加工制作,施工安装方法、工程质量保证措施、施工配合、现场管理、安全文明施工以及售后服务等方面进行了系统的编写。特别在施工技术方案、质量保证措施、安全施工措施这三方面作了更为详尽的阐述。 13.幕墙设计使用年限:50年工程概述:本工程位于某某市顺义区*城,建筑总面积为,地下1层,地上7层,建筑总高度36米。本工程包括:防水保温系统的金属复合屋面、玻璃采光顶、支撑钢架铝单板金属屋面,架空屋面立面玻璃幕墙,架空屋面立面铝板幕墙,玻璃栏板,明框玻璃幕墙,铝板幕墙,铝合金横向遮阳板,穿孔铝板幕墙,铝合金百叶,防火幕墙,地弹门,铝合金门。如图所示。开缝式铝板屋面开缝式铝板屋面玻璃采光顶开缝式铝板屋面玻璃采光顶玻璃幕墙开缝式铝板屋面开缝式铝板屋面玻璃采光顶铝板幕墙铝合金横向遮阳板铝合金横向遮阳板明框玻璃幕墙明框玻璃幕墙铝合金横向遮阳板幕墙明框玻璃幕墙幕墙1.1.2 工程承包范围某某*产业研发基地幕墙工程包括:根据招标人提供的图纸、技术资料及招标文件要求完成设计图纸范围内的幕墙工程的方案设计及深化施工图、材料供应、加工制作、储运、试验检测、施工安装、管理、清洁、成品保护、产品维护、分部工程验收、竣工验收、保修、售后服务和现场技术培训等,达到某某市工业设计研究院 某某市建筑设计研究院有关图纸设计和相关工程施工与验收规范要求的全部内容。 主要幕墙形式有:1.1.2.1 钢化中空LOW-E玻璃幕墙与钢化玻璃窗 1.1.2.2铝板幕墙1.1.2.3屋面直立锁边板1.1.2.4 外墙门窗1.1.2.5遮阳百叶1.1.3 工程特点 某某*产业研发基地幕墙工程的特点主要从以下几个方面进行阐述: 1.1.3.1 幕墙种类:本工程包括玻璃采光顶幕墙、明框玻璃幕墙、铝板幕墙、铝合金横向遮阳板,穿孔铝板幕墙,铝合金百叶,防火幕墙等等。1.1.3.2工程造型复杂、施工难度大:本工程造型复杂,存在圆弧曲面,进出位多,多种面材的交接口多,收边收口的工作量大。二 工程重点 通过对招标文件及图纸资料的深入分析研究,并结合该工程的实际情况及我公司专业经验,对本工程的重点难点总结如下: 1.2.1 本工程结构外轮廓存在若干不同半径的圆弧曲线,柱网轴线关系相当复杂,不仅造成施工测量放线计算及放样工作量加大,对幕墙安装精确度要求更高,必须采用针对性措施,以保证工程质量。在深化设计时,在满足使用功能要求的同时综合考虑施工安装时的可行性,结构设计上实现三维调整可吸收土建允许误差,保证了幕墙的外视效果不受影响。在加工方面:我公司加工厂有数十台国际先进的数控加工中心,大大提高了幕墙构件的加工精度,为幕墙的安装精度提供了有力的保证。安装时,为了对幕墙系统作整体控制和局部测设,在幕墙系统测量中布设三级控制点:外围主控点、趋近控制点以及系统内部控制点。由于本工程规模较大,平面定位的复杂性,我们尽量将近似三角形的每边划分在同一个施工区段,这样保证每段弧线在一个施工段内,使平面测量放线可以有效复核。我公司采用激光全站仪与计算机结构的方式进行定位测量,通过计算机分析测量数据,使设计时考虑消化土建的实际误差,通过计算机设计及放样定位。采用定制测量模板及多种专用测量检测设备,控制安装,层层测量复核,将幕墙安装误差控制在允许范围之内,整个楼体由下到上分组设钢丝线,保证竖向定位的准确,安装后应用铅直仪复核,每段钢丝线是否完全重合,确保测量的准确性。1.2.2 屋面直立锁边板平顺度控制及立面檐口双曲面铝板板平顺度控制是本工程质量控制的重点。直立锁边板是整个建筑的屋面系统,具有防水、保温、隔声等作用,由于屋面为球面造型,直立锁边板的下料和现场安装精度要求较高,才能保证球面造型的平顺过度,板与板之间的安装可靠性直接影响到屋面的防水性能。屋面檐口双曲铝板是整个建筑的立面幕墙系统,由于此部位的铝板即与立面幕墙相交又与屋面铝板相交,双曲面铝板的下料和现场安装精度要求较高,才能保证檐口造型的平顺过度,板与板之间的安装可靠性直接影响到屋面的防水性能。1.2.3采光顶施工及幕墙转角位铝板安装是本工程的难点采光顶部位施工顺序、施工方法的选择也是本工程的重点和难点。我公司采取搭设悬挑脚手架进行幕墙施工,脚手架的搭设有一定的难度,另外,如何保证安全施工是施工中应重点考虑的问题。转角铝板安装不好,影响整个幕墙的外观形象。因此,框架安装是本工程的控制重点。相对来说,转角承受的风力荷载较大,一般设计在转角处相对加大、加多支承点,这样就增加了施工难度。我司采取角位先行的方式解决这个难题,角位先行可以减少误差积累,打开工作面。转角位安装后,已经给整个楼定了型,一般工人施工也有了基准面,安装产生的误差可在有限区段内消化,减少误差积累。具体方法如下: 经测量放样后外围控制线已将大楼控制在封闭状态内,角位上已用钢丝线定位,施工人员依据控制线安装。 转角位的安装施工,安排熟练的施工人员,转角位安装后实际形成了封闭网。 在安装转角位时,水平高低用水平仪始终跟踪进行检查,垂直钢丝定位采用铅垂仪进行定位,确保角位的方正、垂直。1.2.4铝合金横向遮阳板施工是本工程的难点铝合金横向遮阳板位于首二层部位,贯穿整个外立面幕墙,横向长度很大,为保证遮阳板的直线度以及在转角部位的平顺过度,在施工顺序、施工方法的选择也是本工程的重点和难点。安装时采取整体控制水平高度,分段采用控制点控制分段安装精度。点、线、面相结合的控制方法1.2.5运输过程中的成品保护也是本工程的控制难点运输过程中成品保护措施1)玻璃板块的运输(1)玻璃板块装车时需立放,底部铺垫草垫,不允许玻璃板块之间留有大空隙,板块间需用草垫隔离,不允许板与板、板与其他硬物直接接触,以免发生板块的变形或破碎。(2)用专用车将玻璃运输到安装位值进行安装,在运输过程中玻璃应用绳子扎牢,防止玻璃跌倒破损。运输过程中应避免发生碰撞,轻拿轻放,严防野蛮装卸。(3)应放在玻璃中储区内的专用玻璃存储架上保存,并安排专人管理。2)构件及型材的运输(1)构件与构件间必须放置一定的垫木、橡胶垫等缓冲物,防止运输过程中构件因碰撞而损坏。(2)在整个运输过程中为避免构件表面损伤,在构件绑扎或固定处用软性材料衬垫保护。(3)铝合金型材装车时应在车厢下垫减震木条,顺车厢长度方向紧密排放。型材摆放高度超出车厢板时,需捆扎牢固。型材不能与钢件等硬质材料混装,摆放需整齐、紧密不留空隙,防止在行使中发生窜动以损伤产品。(4)散件按同类型集中堆放,并用钢框架、垫木和钢丝绳进行绑扎固定,杆件与绑扎用钢丝绳之间放置橡胶垫之类的缓冲物。(5)运输中应尽量保持车辆行使平稳,路况不好注意慢行。(6)运输途中应经常检查货物情况。(7)公路运输时要遵守相应规定。如GB1462-83货车满载加固及超限货物运输规则。1.2.6安全施工是控制重点由于幕墙施工与土建以及其他分包工程同时交叉施工,所以在幕墙施工中全部处在最危险的状态。我公司对本工程的安全问题高度重视,成立以公司总经理为首的安全管理委员会,结合幕墙临边、高空作业的特点,制定总体安全措施、建立安全责任制度。具体措施如下:施行安全管理一票否决制。分析危险因素(交叉作业、高空作业、焊接作业、吊装作业、冬雨季施工、施工用水用电等),制定分项施工安全措施。现场尽量减少焊接作业,消除消防隐患。全过程推行安全旁站制度,杜绝安全隐患。组织专家进行安全专项论证,确保施工方案安全可行。我公司将严格执行有关安生产的法规。全过程贯彻实施“安全第一、预防为主”的方针,实现本工程0消防、0伤亡目标。1.2.7 幕墙檐口及转角位铝板安装是本工程的控制重点檐口及转角铝板安装不好,影响整个幕墙的外观形象。因此,框架安装是本工程的控制重点。相对来说,转角承受的风力荷载较大,一般设计在转角处相对加大、加多支承点,这样就增加了施工难度。我公司采取角位先行的方式解决这个难题,角位先行可以减少误差积累,打开工作面。转角位安装后,已经给整个楼定了型,一般工人施工也有了基准面,安装产生的误差可在有限区段内消化,减少误差积累。具体方法如下: 幕墙加工制造精度、安装精度控制是质量控制的重点难点。幕墙的加工制造、安装精度直接影响到幕墙的质量,幕墙在加工制作、拼装过程中,会产生一定的加工误差;龙骨与连接件的安装中,也会产生一定的安装偏差,在龙骨安装中各龙骨的间距偏差也很容易产生,在面材、板材的安装中也势必会存在一些误差,这些误差若累加到一块,势必会严重影响到工程质量,因此要解决这些施工难点,要求我们在加工、制作、安装的每一环节必须严格把关,层层控制,严格按质量管理程序办事,力争将各类误差控制在最小范围。1.2.9 收边、收口是幕墙施工的重点。本工程造型复杂,存在圆弧曲面,进出位多,多种面材的交接口多,收边收口的工作量大。收边收口对每个工程来说都是幕墙施工的重点,收边收口的好坏直接影响幕墙施工的质量,幕墙施工有30%40%的工作量在收边、收口处,而收边收口若处理不好,很容易产生漏水。因此,我们在不同类型幕墙交接处、幕墙本身的收口处、沉降缝等地方都是施工中重点控制的对象,要求我们必须一丝不苟,精益求精,严格按施工工艺并采取科学有效的方法施工,并确保安装质量及安装精度。吊篮支撑洞口处幕墙板块用吊篮从上至下进行安装收口,吊篮支撑进行逐层拆除,逐层收口。室外电梯预留洞口处在电梯全部拆除完成后,幕墙板块用吊篮从上至下进行安装收口。三 工程目标1、质量目标 首先应保证“某某市建筑(竣工)长城杯奖,即确保,国家建筑工程鲁班奖”。本工程贯彻“百年大计,质量第一”和“质量管理,预防为主”的质量总方针,并符合我公司ISO9001质量管理体系要求,且严格按照国家相关技术规范、标准及招标文件要求进行设计和施工,确保工程质量满足业主、总包单位、设计师、工程监理及招标文件之要求。 2、工期目标根据合同文件对工期、进度的要求以及工程实际情况,本幕墙工程计划开工日期为2011年3月30日,竣工日2011年7月30日,总工期120日历天。具体开工日期以总包和业主下达的开工令为准。我公司确保在规定日期内开始分包工程并及时施工,在规定的时间内竣工。3、安全文明目标符合职业健康安全管理体系GB/T28001的要求,在施工生产全过程中贯彻实施“安全第一、预防为主”的方针,施工中达到无伤亡、无重伤、无火灾、无中毒、无坍塌的目标,杜绝重大安全事故的发生。配合总包确保获得某某市“安全文明样板工地”称号。4、环保目标1. 符合环境管理标准ISO14001的要求,在全部施工过程中确保施工区无废水、无废渣,及时
